Integrated campaign to promote the Vodacom In The City festival. The international line-up consisted of Alt-J, Boys Noize, The Hives and Skunk Anansie.
Vodacom In the City band competition
We created a nationwide ‘Open the City” competition searching for one lucky local band to open the festival before the International acts. We conceptualized, directed and filmed the band introduction video’s for the 5 selected bands. We also created a live online digital platform where festival goers could upload, share and watch user generated content. Interactive experiences and activations on the festival night also formed part of the integrated campaign.
